The Wesley Youth Fellowship of the Church is a lively one, comprising of young people between the ages of 18 and 35 who are focused on cultivating a closer relationship with God and serving Him through their chosen vocations.
The fellowship meets every week, on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for a time of Bible study, music and discussion. Studies are conducted in an organised manner that encourages all participants to research allotted sections of the passage and contribute.
Outreach: The Youth Fellowship is actively mentoring an 80-strong group of resident students from the Jesse Moses School, Annanagar. Chennai. These are mostly girls between the ages of 10 and 15 from a rural background. The Fellowship members provide them with music, skits and Christian education once a month.
Also, the Youth Fellowship regularly participates in several inter-church cultural events, bringing home trophies and prizes in Bible quizz and music competitions. It is ever ready to assist the Church in every possible way, especially Church programmes and retreats, by rendering quality Gospel music. The youth are indeed a committed lot.
